We welcome patients who are uninsured, underinsured, or who prefer to pay out-of-pocket.
Our cash-pay rates are straightforward and transparent.

How do I know if you accept my insurance?
Call our office or use the contact form and we’ll verify your coverage before your visit.
What do I bring to my appointment for insurance?
Please bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID. Knowing your co-pay amount in advance is also helpful.
What if my insurance changes?
Please notify our office as soon as possible so we can update your records and verify continued coverage.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. If you have a balance you’re struggling to pay, please speak with our staff. We’ll do our best to work with you.
What if a service isn't covered?
We’ll let you know before proceeding with any service that may not be covered under your plan and discuss your options.
